Engagement Flow: Style Spotlight Campaigns
Goal: Spotlight Offerings Through Inspiration
How can you keep customers engaged without constantly selling to them? Customers are smart. Show them what you’ve done for others and they can make the connection that you could do that for them. We framed this entire series in the Engagement Flow as “Style Spotlights” filled with gorgeous images, style tips and plenty of opportunities to click through and engage with more from this brand.
Engagement Flow: Advice Campaigns
Goal: Establish OMJ as a Thought Leader in Style
Well before your customers move forward with a booking or purchase they should be thinking of your company as the “go to” for advice. We built out several waves of thought leadership campaigns to showcase OMJ’s expertise in mens styling. This embeds your brand as a trusted source, a number that will grow your bottom line exponentially.
Engagement Flow: Upsell Campaigns
Goal: Showcase Additional Services Offered
OMJ is mostly known for their suiting but the brand also creates custom shoes, knitwear, jackets and bags. An Engagement Flow is the ideal time to upsell to a dedicated buyer. These campaigns go for the sale! But they are sprinkled between other campaigns that offer a soft approach to sales.
Engagement Flow: Whiskey Club Campaigns
Goal: Strengthen In-Person Brand Connection
OMJ runs a Membership only Whiskey Club hosted in-store several times a year. During the engagement flow these campaigns were layered in to promote this offering every 4 months.
6 Wave Post-Purchase Flow
Graphics created for social media giveaways to attract comments and engagement.
Goals and Intentions:
Welcoming proven customers with the unique tone of voice that fits what OMJ continues in store.
Expanding the universe of the brand. Admittedly this sentence sounds pretentious. Ha! But we want to capitalize on customers who just had a positive experience by showing them ways to listen to the podcast, read OMJ staff recommendations or attend a brand event.
Highlighting common questions they will have about aftercare for their garments.
Encouraging positive reviews on Google.
Establishing OMJ as a thought leader in menswear.

6 Wave Post-Purchase Engagement Flow for Female Clients
Goal: To Appeal Directly to a Segment of Clientele
“Segmentation” is a buzzword that elevates marketing from cookie-cutter to precise with proper planning. While OMJ primarily serves male clientele, a decent percentage of their customers are women. So why would we send those customers campaigns that don’t highlight applicable services? Instead I built out a 6 flow series that speaks to the female audience, includes images of women shopping and highlights this growing segment of their business.
